Living in the beach town of Santa Cruz, accomplished poster artist and graphic designer Zachary Kent knew how to draw. His wife, interior designer and retail manager Melody Kent knew about clothing and fashion. With friends and relatives expecting children, Zachary and Melody searched for presents, but something wasn’t right. There were no fun, hip and comfortable clothes for kids; only sports and cars for boys or pink frilly for girls. They decided to take matters into their own hands and Tiny Tikis  was created!

Inspired by their California lifestyle, retro designs and a vision for the future, Zachary and Melody Kent are reinvigorating the children’s clothing industry with unique designer merchandise for today’s trendy toddler… free from sailboats or snappy catch phrases.
